WE'VE OPENED A NEW NURSERY!

​

Our Cromford Road Nursery opened in September 2024. The Nursery has been renovated to a high standard with a new extension and modernisation.

We were very keen on making the nursery as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible with solar panels, heat source pumps, under floor heating throughout and growing beds, as well as implementing sustainable practices into our daily routine and the children's curriculum.

At Clowns we have play at the very heart of our ethos. Our Nurseries have been thoughtfully designed to allow children the opportunity to enjoy learning. We designed our innovative and exciting curriculum to give the children the widest range of opportunities. The success of our approach can be measured in the children's enjoyment and achievement.

Clowns Nursery has been established since 1990; and have over 30 years experience in delivering childcare in this area.

Our ethos has always been to 
‘provide quality care and education for each unique child  in a safe,friendly and encouraging environment’
 

Here at Clowns Nursery, we want your children to enjoy being children - to have fun, laugh and enjoy play. This is combined with professional responsibility to ensure we enhance that play with outstanding environments, carefully selected resources and trained dedicated staff.

We see children as curious individuals with the skills and potential to develop and learn from their environment and the relationships they build with others. Children are  independent and intelligent individuals who should be given every opportunity to reach their potential.

Uniform not only gives children a sense of belonging and pride but also supports their transition into primary school.

Uniform will be provided upon registration for all children. Extra uniform items are available to purchase.
